Accommodations

With a total of 447 beds in 120 rooms, the DJH Heidelberg International Youth Hostel offers plenty of space and is therefore particularly well-suited for families, groups, and sports teams.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the building, a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and various recreational activities on the grounds ensure a hassle-free stay.

In the morning, guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The youth hostel also offers dinner. Vegetarian dishes are available, and vegan and other special dietary requests can be accommodated upon request. This ensures that guests have the right meals even on a long tournament day.

Rooms

The youth hostel primarily offers two-, three-, four-, and six-bed rooms. The rooms are functionally and group-friendly furnished and are therefore particularly suitable for teams and families. Bedding is included in the stay.

Fitness

There is no traditional fitness room at the youth hostel. However, the outdoor grounds offer numerous opportunities for sports activities.

Activities

Even outside of tournament time, the youth hostel is an ideal starting point for exploring Heidelberg.

The neighboring Heidelberg Zoo is right next door, while the historic Old Town, Heidelberg Castle, and the Neckar River are all within easy reach.

For active guests, the grounds feature, among other things, a beach/volleyball court, table tennis, a playground and lawn for relaxing, and a barbecue area.

In this way, the youth hostel combines sports, community, and the Heidelberg experience in a particularly fitting way.
