for a SOCCACUP tournament

<p>Here on our website you can inform yourself about our tournament offers. Once you have decided on a tournament, you can select a suitable hotel and send a request. Alternatively, you can send us a generic request and we will put together the best offer for you. </p> <p>We have reserved fixed allotments for you in our tournament hotels for the tournament period. Therefore, the offer will usually not take longer than 24 hours.</p> <p>If you would like a personal consultation, you will receive manually prepared offers tailored to your individual needs by e-mail from a member of our team. As a rule, you will receive your offer within 24 hours. However, we ask for your understanding that checking the availability of hotel rooms etc. may be delayed in exceptional cases.</p>

<p>Experience has shown that a number of questions often arise before a booking is made. In order to make the processing of all customer enquiries as transparent, fast and efficient as possible, a large part of the correspondence takes place via email. If you reply to an email, please include the full text of any previous correspondence.</p> <p>You can reach us at any time during business hours on +49 8031 23789-15. We are also happy to meet in person at one of our offices in Rosenheim or Vienna.</p>

<p>As soon as you have decided on one of our tournament offers, the further procedure is as follows:</p> <ul> <li>You send us the signed offer scanned by e-mail and confirm that you would like to book this tournament as a binding package tour.</li> <li>We will send you our booking confirmation and the insurance certificate.</li> <li>You transfer the deposit of 30% of the tour price (alternatively complete payment with reduced payment conditions). You have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance or full insurance cover.</li> <li>You send us the list of participants and transfer the balance due (due date on the booking confirmation).</li> <li>We will send you your complete travel documents including the contact details of your personal contact person on site.</li> </ul>

<p>Depending on the destination, we offer you various options for travelling to your tournament: by your own means with private cars or buses, or with flights organised by us for you.</p>
