That was the Girls Edition of the SOCCACUP Lago di Garda 2026

With the SOCCACUP Lago di Garda - Girls Edition, we ended the Easter vacations with a tournament that makes us particularly proud. After the premiere last year, we were able to further expand the girls' tournament. 28 teams from six nations, 400+ players, 200+ fans and spectators as well as competitions in three age groups show how much potential there is in this format. We are proud to give girls' football a strong stage within our tournament portfolio

Four days of international girls’ football on Lake Garda

The first day began with the teams’ arrival and check-in at their team hotels. The teams then had some free time before the day drew to a close with a group dinner, during which the anticipation for the start of the tournament was palpable.

On the second day, the action moved to the Veronello Resort, which offered ideal conditions with three natural grass pitches and one artificial turf pitch. After breakfast, the tournament day began with the official opening ceremony, during which all the teams were introduced. The first group stage matches kicked off immediately afterwards. A joint lunch break at the tournament venue provided a break in the day’s schedule, before the group stage resumed in the afternoon. In the evening, the teams returned to their hotels, where the day concluded with a group dinner.

The third day was all about the decisive matches. After breakfast, the final and placement matches began, which – as on the previous day – were interrupted by a lunch break at the tournament venue. In the afternoon, the final matches were played and the winners of the respective age groups were determined. Immediately following the final matches, the award ceremony took place, at which the best teams of the tournament were honoured. The evening provided another opportunity to round off the day together.

On the final day, the SOCCACUP Lago di Garda – Girls Edition concluded with breakfast and subsequent check-out. The teams had the opportunity to extend their stay at Lake Garda a little longer before setting off on their journey home.

Strong performances, fair games and unbridled commitment - these are the winners of the second SOCCACUP Lago di Garda Girls Edition:

U13: Accoladies Budweis (CZ)

Won all matches in their age group and thus took the tournament victory

U15: Accoladies Budweis (CZ)

Put in a strong performance and narrowly beat TSV 1860 München in the final

U17: Go Ahead Eagles (NL)

Played in their own league - deservedly winning the tournament without conceding a single goal!
