Perfect conditions for an international youth football tournament in Rosenheim

The tournament was played at the modern sports complex of TSV Rohrdorf-Thansau, set against the impressive backdrop of the Chiemgau Alps. With several natural grass pitches, the complex offered ideal conditions for top-class youth football. Thanks to the short distances between the hotels, the sports complex and leisure facilities, players, coaches and families were able to focus entirely on the tournament experience.

The first SOCCACUP Rosenheim brought together teams from a total of four nations, underscoring its international character right from the start. More than 20 teams ensured exciting matches and a special tournament atmosphere

Exciting Matches from U10 to U15

From the first group matches on Friday morning through the final matches on Saturday, football took center stage. In all age groups, the players competed with great passion, sportsmanship, and team spirit. Spectators witnessed numerous close matches, spectacular goals, and emotional moments both on and off the field.

Each team played several matches and gained valuable international experience against teams from different regions and football cultures. It is precisely this mix that makes an international youth football tournament in Germany so appealing and creates special memories year after year.

Football and Leisure: Rosenheim as the Perfect Tournament Venue

An important part of the SOCCACUP concept is combining sports with shared experiences. Rosenheim offered the ideal conditions for this. Between matches, many teams took the opportunity to explore the historic old town, take trips to Lake Chiemsee, or discover the impressive Alpine landscape around the Wendelstein.

The numerous recreational activities were also a big hit. Whether it was the trampoline park, bowling, escape rooms, or group outings—for players, families, and chaperones alike, the tournament weekend became much more than just a football tournament.

A Family-Friendly Atmosphere and Strong Organization

In addition to the athletic competition, the family-like atmosphere was a defining feature of the first SOCCACUP Rosenheim. The personalized support from the organizing team, quick lines of communication, and professional tournament organization were particularly well-received by many participants. The tournament thus perfectly reflected the values that the SOCCACUP series stands for: international encounters, athletic competition, and shared experiences for the entire football family.

The closing awards ceremony on Saturday evening marked the emotional highlight of an all-around successful tournament weekend. Players, coaches, parents, and organizers celebrated the achievements of all teams together, making the premiere of the SOCCACUP Rosenheim a special event.
