Accommodation
The Residence Eden is a well-kept apartment complex consisting of 173 apartments divided into four building complexes. Meals are taken in the main building Parc Hotel ****. The complex also has a large outdoor pool with bar, which can be used in the summer months.
Rooms
Die Appartements verfügen über ein bis vier Zimmer. Die Einzelzimmer-Appartements bieten Platz für zwei Personen und sind 28-29qm groß, verfügen über einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kochecke, Schlafsofa sowie ein Bad/WC. Die Appartements mit zwei Zimmern bieten Platz für zwei bis vier Personen, sind 39-40qm groß und sind ausgestattet mit einem Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Schlafsofa sowie Bad/WC. Die Appartements mit drei Zimmern können mit maximal 6 Personen belegt werden, sind 49-53qm groß und bieten einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Zudem verfügen alle über einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse sowie SAT-TV. Unsere Mannschaften werden in der Regel wie folgt untergebracht: Einzelbelegung: ein Appartement für eine Person. Zweibettbelegung: Appartement mit Küche und Schlafzimmer (entweder zu zweit im Schlafzimmer oder eine Person im Schlafzimmer und eine Person auf King-Size-Ausziehcouch in der Küche). Activities
Social program
Various theme parks, such as Gardaland, Sea Life Aquarium, Movieland Park, Caneva Aquapark or the Terme Colà di Lazise are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We have negotiated special rates for you for Gardaland and the Sea Life Aquarium, please enquire with us. There is also a bowling center and a go-kart track in the vicinity. There is also a minigolf course directly on the complex. The excursions to league games, for example Hellas Verona, are always very special. If you are interested, please let us know so that we can organise tickets for you.
Sports facilities
The complex is located right next to the Paradiso Golf Club in Peschiera, which is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda. There are also three tennis courts, a mini-golf course and a basketball court right on the premises. We will be happy to organize a golf taster course for you on request.
Team building
Excursions to Lake Garda to Peschiera or Sirmione, a fast-paced kart race in Lonato South Garda Karting or at the indoor go-kart track in Affi, both around 20 minutes' drive from the hotel.
Location
Residence Eden is located in the idyllic village of Castelnuovo del Garda, just a few minutes from the shores of Lake Garda. Surrounded by picturesque hills and a green landscape, the area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Popular attractions such as the Gardaland theme park and the Mincio Nature Park are also within easy reach. The apartments are located in a very well-kept garden landscape with probably the most beautiful golf course on Lake Garda. The Parc Hotel, where meals are served, is only around 250-600 meters away (depending on which apartment house you are staying in).
