General information about SOCCACUP tournament trips

SOCCACUP is a tournament series for international youth football tournaments. Up to 30 teams from 5 or more nations take part in a SOCCACUP tournament. The premium idea of a football tournament and above all the family character is very important to us. Therefore, it is our claim to respond to individual wishes and to offer the best service - during the offer and booking process and of course on site.

Registering for the SOCCACUP takes just a few steps and we are always available to help you personally if you have any questions.

How to register

1. Select tournament & hotel

Select your desired tournament and one or more suitable hotels on our website. Make a non-binding inquiry directly - and you will receive specific offers to choose from within a short time. You can discuss these with coaches, parents or players at your leisure.

2. Clarify any queries

Do you have any questions? No problem! We usually communicate by email - so everything remains transparent. You can reach us by phone on +49 8031 23789-15, or in person in Rosenheim or Vienna.

3. Confirm booking

If you're ready, simply sign the offer and send it back to us by email. You'll then receive a booking confirmation from us.

The next steps are as follows:

You transfer the deposit of 30% of the tour price (alternatively full payment with discounted payment conditions).
You have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance or comprehensive insurance.
You send us the list of participants and transfer the balance due (due date on the booking confirmation).

4. Plan your journey

Whether by car, bus or flight - you can travel by yourself or opt for a trip organized by us. You will receive all travel documents including contact details for your personal contact person on site in good time before the tournament.
